To make one glass of the lemon detox drink you will need to have two tablespoons of some type of natural sweetener. Many people find a black strap molasses works well. You’ll also need two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and just pinch of cayenne pepper. You’ll mix all of the ingredients together with either hot or cool water and drink up. For the best results you should try to drink at least six to nine glasses of this mixture each day.

Be sure to check with your doctor before starting the lemon detox diet to be sure that you are not doing something that can be harmful for your body. You do not want to interfere with certain medications that you may be taking or any conditions that you might have.
